Haribo - Stop Using Gelatin
Most Haribo sweets contain beef gelatin (from slaughtered cows) or pork gelatin (from slaughtered pigs).
Gelatin(e) is a disgusting by-product of the meat industry. It is obtained by boiling animal skin, tendons, ligaments or bones. If you don't want animals killed for your sweets and if you find the idea of eating boiled up skin and bones gross, tell Haribo to make all its sweets gelatin-free. The company does know how to make gelatin-free sweets as some of their products are already vegetarian.
